Lindsay has already bailed herself out before returning to the States from France (with her shiny new passport.) That will not stop the fact that Lindsay is due in court first thing Monday morning at 8:30. To apparently celebrate the bailing out Lindsay partied big last night on a yacht in France and according to reports she partied well into the morning, 7:30 in the morning to be exact.
The judge will be so proud when she sees these pictures today.
