Lindsay Being Charged for Necklace Heist

Lindsay Lohan will be charged tommorow afternoon in Los Angeles with felony grand theft. Lindsay's arraignment is set for 1:30 pm/pt and she will be required to appear in the courtroom. In case you haven't been staying up on all things Lindsay, an LA-area jewelery store reported to police that LiLo stole a neckace from the store last month. Lindsay says the jewelery store gave her the necklace. If Lindsay is found guilty, she could serve up to 3 years in state prison.
