Just hours after we listed the nine finalists to be the younger Peter Parker in the upcoming Spider-Man movie, it has been announced that Andrew Garfield has landed the role. Garfield, who will be 27 when he begins filming the movie late this year, recently wrapped production on Never Let Me Go which he co-stars in alongside Carey Mulligan and Keira Knightly. Currently, Garfield is working on the much-hyped film, The Social Network, which is about the guys who started Facebook where he plays co-founder Eduardo Saverin.
