Last weekend it was all about fireworks, cookouts, and Eclipse. This weekend may lack fireworks and cookouts, but there will still be plenty Eclipse to go around. In addition to Eclipse entering it's second weekend at the box office, there are two new releases hitting theaters this weekend, preview each below.
Despicable Me
Starring: Steve Carell, Jason Segal, Miranda Cosgrove
Predators
Starring: Adrien Brody, Topher Grace, Alice Braga
Our Take: Eclipse will take the top spot again this weekend at the box office, we have no doubt. With that being said, we expect each of these two new flicks will hold their own and counter-program Eclipse very well. We're expecting both Despicable Me and Predators to rack up some cash and finish in the top 5 this weekend.
