Cody Simpson, who we told you about back in the fall, before anyone else was talking about him, is now beginning to become the star we knew he would. Cody will be featured in this week's Billboard Magazine, which is set to hit shelves on Friday. Billboard asks if Cody is the next Justin Bieber, the very question we posed to our readers months ago.
