Lindsay Lohan was supposed to be in court this morning in Los Angeles, but instead she was in France. We showed you the video of her leaving LAX over the weekend to fly to Cannes, well good news - she arrived safely into France. However, sometime afterwards, Lindsay claims to have "lost" her passport so she wouldn't be able to fly home in time for today's hearing.Have no fear though, the hearing went on as scheduled, and just as expected a bench warrant was issued for Lindsay's arrest. Lindsay's bail will be set at $100,000 and she'll be set free until her next hearing as long as she drinks no alcohol, wears a monitoring bracelet, and submits to a weekly random drug test.
As for that whole passport situation, Lindsay has received a new passport and is now free to leave the country - the only problem is that when she does return to America, she'll be arrested at customs.
