Eventful Weekend for Robin Hood

We're not just talking about the movie, but also the guy who played the title character, Russell Crowe. Crowe debuted the film in one of the biggest spots a film can debut in, that being the opening night of the Cannes Film Festival.

Next, the film hit theaters across the world, and the news was up and down for the film. It didn't do as well as it would have liked in America, making $36 million, and finishing second overall this weekend to Iron Man 2 which made another $49 million in it's second weekend.

There was better news worldwide though for Crowe, as Robin Hood was the number one film internationally this weekend, taking in close to $76 million.

Below, Crowe and his co-stars cover Sean Kingston's, Beautiful Girls, during a press junket.

Not all of the Robin Hood press tour was enjoyable for Crowe, below is the audio of Crowe walking out during an interview with BBC Radio.
