All that American Idol stuff must be getting to her, because on her talk show today, Ellen Degeneres announced she would be starting her own label, eleveneleven. The first artist Ellen has signed to eleveneleven is Youtube sensation Greyson Chance. Greyson will be co-signed to Interscope Records, as we reported last week. Even though Ellen's label is brand-new Greyson will be managed by some music industry veterans as Guy Oseary, Madonna's manager and Troy Carter, Lady Gaga's manager, have signed on to co-manage the 12-year-old. Ellen says she will use her record label in the future to sign other talent she finds on her show, and who knows maybe an American Idol contestant or two?
Below, watch Greyson perform an original titled, Broken Hearts, and afterwards Ellen makes her big announcement.
