Our Picks:
Animated Film: UP
The first animated film to be a best-picture nominee, seems to make it a lock to win best animated.
Supporting Actress: Mo'Nique, Precious
She might not shave her legs, but no one will care once she has an Oscar!
Supporting Actor: Christopher Waltz, Inglorious Basterds
We need to hand it to the critics, the second this film premiered back in Cannes, critics were saying he'd win an Oscar, and that'll be exactly what happens come Sunday night.
Actress: Sandra Bullock
This is the one that'll be close. Streep or Bullock it comes down to. We're going to go with Bullock, but we're not confident about it.
Actor: Jeff Bridges
He's won every award along the line, why wouldn't he win this one?
Directing: Kathryn Bigelow, The Hurt Locker
She directed people, it's as simple as that. Sorry big boy, but your ex-wife is about to whoop you at the Oscars.
Best Picture: The Hurt Locker
Sorry Avatar fans, there are just too many reasons it's not going to happen, even though we would be happy to see it win.
Best Host: Alec Baldwin
Sorry, Steve - it's just not going to happen!
