Brooke Burke to Host DWTS

Well, Brooke Burke has won the sweepstakes to be Tom Bergeron's new sidekick on Dancing with the Stars. Burke was up against others including fellow former contestants Melissa Rycroft and Mel B, Vanessa Minillo was also believed to be a finalist.

Burke won the seventh season of the show, and has made her name as a former E! host, who has also done some acting, and has some experience hosting competition series' as she co-hosted the Mark Burnett-produced Rockstar: INXS and Rockstar: Supernova.

Burke replaces the departing Samantha Harris and will make her debut on the season 10 premiere of DWTS on Monday, March 22 at 8/7c. If you missed the announcement of who will be competing on season 10, you can check that out here.
