Alice Breaks Records

Alice in Wonderland won the box office as expected this past weekend. However, what wasn't expected was a record-breaking performance, but that's just what Alice gave. In it's debut weekend the Disney film brought in March's highest ever one weekend total, racking up over $116 million. Brooklyn's Finest, the other new wide-release edged out Shutter Island for second, falling short of Alice in Wonderland by just $103 million.
