It's time for another edition of New @ the Box Office, where every Friday we preview the hottest new movies hitting theaters for the upcoming weekend.
First up this this weekend, Daybreakers. All you need to know about this movie is that, yes, vampires are involved - which here in 2010 means it will be a hit. This flick however, is a little darker than many of the other vampire films of the day. It takes place a few years down the line, humans are becoming vampires due to a plague - but a certain group of vampires, led by star Ethan Hawke - try to save the human population before everyone is walking around with fangs.
Leap Year stars Amy Adams, as a woman in a commited, long-term relationship - but after 4 years nothing has come out of it. As a result, Amy is off to Ireland to propose to her man. With it being Leap Day, her guy, played by Matthew Goode, can't do anythng but say yes - thanks to Irish tradition.
The final new release this weekend is also getting some serious press and that is, Youth in Revolt. Michael Cera stars in this comedy about a high-school senior, who is out on a search to lose his virginty following the divorce of his parents.
So, what is EntUpdates Must-See New Release of the Weekend?
Not really bing into the chick flicks, we're seeing Youth in Revolt, seems like the perfect role for funnyman Michael Cera!
