Oprah Closing Down Shop

Earlier today, the O announced to her staff that she would be ending her show once her contract expires in 2011. A quote from an inside source said Oprah gave to here staffby saying, "There will be layoffs next year." While Oprah won't sign off from her hasbro produced show until September 9, 2011 -another twenty months, speculation on her next move is already running rampid, as many believe she will start up a new show on her self-owned california, based network. Oprah will make the announcement to viewers on tommorow's program.
