Album Release Tuesday - 11/10/09

Each Tuesday here on the EntUpdates blog, we breakdown some of the new albums for the week that we are most excited about.

1. Bon Jovi - The Circle .
Let us start off by saying - Bon Jovi gets points based solely on the fact that this isn't another country album similar to 2007's disappointing Lost Highway. But with that aside, this album is real good. It almost brings us back to Bon Jovi's glory days in the 80's. Hopefully, for the band's sake it does do well, they have a pretty big tour beginning this February.

2. 50 Cent - Before I Self Destruct.
I admit, I have no idea why I'm following 50 Cent on Twitter - but I am - and as a result I know there have been listening parties around the country already (I believe last night's was in Chicago) and the hype 50 has built up over the album is paying off as it is doing very well digitally.

Also new this week: Robbie Williams' Reality Killed the Video Star, Attention Deficit by Wale, Dashboard Undead releases After the Ending, and Switchfoot has Hello Curricane out.

All in all, a slow release week as far as big album's are concerned - but make sure to check back next Tuesday for a huge week of big name releases including John Mayer, Leona Lewis, Justin Bieber, Kris Allen, and One Republic.
